EverExceed uXcel DC Charger

The EverExceed uXcel Ultra redundancy charger (DC UPS) is a high quality, industrial charger for battery back up systems protecting DC loads. The uXcel charging system is designed with two independent charging loops in parallel, which provide a redundancy charge function.

This system is configured with a digital controller, providing multi charging modes, simple operation and industrial reliability.  Transformers are manufactured with high grade copper, achieving high grade high temperature resistance and isolation. The power units are made with an aluminium profile and high-power disc type thyristor unit, with robust, high performance.

Available in single and three phase up to 220kW – using ultra rugged phase controlled technologies, this series is ideal for all industrial applications including substation battery systems and DC UPS.

Compact & Light

The use of high frequency battery charging technology allows the manufacturing process to produce smaller and lighter battery chargers which can easily be moved, mounted and used in multiple locations and spaces.


The PSW high frequency battery chargers are capable of charging both Wet Vented/Lead Acid batteries as well as Sealed Gel/AGM (maintenance free) batteries. It offers a selectable maximum recharge time (13 hours, 11 hours, 8 hours) and comes with a pump option also.


The PSW high frequency battery chargers offer some of the most efficient battery charging in the market place today, with an average of over 90% charging efficiency rate.


The electronic circuits are protected against standard oxidation and the “burn-in” test is carried out on 100% of the production run. We offer a 3 year warranty on electronic controllers.

Data Memory

With in-built storage of operation data, down time and warranty claims are reduced by controlling operator working practice to ensure optimum battery charger life and performance from the battery charging unit.
