Lithium Batteries

Lithium

Industrial lithium batteries are a type of rechargeable battery that uses lithium as the primary material in the electrodes. These batteries are designed for use in industrial applications, such as electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and heavy-duty equipment.

Industrial lithium batteries offer several advantages over other types of batteries, such as lead-acid batteries. For example, they have a higher energy density, which means that they can store more energy in a smaller space. They also have a longer cycle life, which means that they can be recharged and discharged more times before they need to be replaced. In addition, they are lighter in weight and have a higher voltage output, making them more efficient and suitable for use in demanding applications.

What is Li-Ion Technology?

Lithium-ion batteries are a rechargeable battery type in which lithium ions move from the negative electrode to the positive electrode during discharge and reverse when recharging. The three primary functional components of a Lithium-ion battery are the positive electrodes, negative electrodes, and electrolyte.

Lithium-ion offers the highest energy storage to smallest weight/volume ratio of any kind of today’s commercially available battery type. Due to low internal resistance, Lithium offer very fast recharge rates and a longer service life – both of which are compelling arguments for this battery technology.

Solition & EverExceed Li-Ion batteries use lithium iron phosphate (or LiFePO4) – the best choice for safety & life span with high power density (CCA).

LiFePO4 batteries benefits include:

Very constant discharge voltage. Cell voltage stays close to 3.2V during discharge until the cell is exhausted. This allows the cell to deliver virtually full power until its capacity is discharged

  • Longer cycle life than other lithium-ion approaches
  • Higher current or peak-power ratings than other lithium-ion types
  • Very low self-discharge
  • High thermal and chemical stability, improving battery safety

EverExceed Lithium Solutions

EverExceed LiFePO4 solutions are more advanced, highly efficient and has many advantages over the traditional Lead Acid battery technology.

EverExceed’s lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO₄ batteries) are one of the most promising power storing and supply technologies available today.

They are UL1642, UL2054, UN38.3, CE, and IEC62133 certified. EverExceed UK R&D has been continuously developing lithium technology for decades, and they have devised innovative solutions to utilize this technology in a wide range of industries, including wall-mounted lithium batteries, rack-mounted lithium batteries, telecom batteries, solar lithium batteries, UPS lithium batteries, and motive lithium battery solutions. Their lithium battery solutions are popular in the global market for telecommunications, solar, medical, IoT, electric vehicles, and battery-operated equipment and automation.
